We are looking for Bank/Locum staff to provide cover within our Supported Housing and Supported Lodgings Services. This could involve working shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends); on short-term assignments or longer-term placements. With this in mind candidates must be flexible and have an adaptable approach to their working patterns.
We are committed to supporting our bank/locum and short term contract staff as a valuable element of our staff team. As part of you recruitment and induction we have an established, tailored training and orientation program. All bank/locum staff have access to the same CAYSH staff training program and good practice review days available for permanent colleagues.
Many of our permanent staff members come through volunteering and bank/locum opportunities and the bank/locum program is an excellent mechanism for building up your experience and confidence if you are new to the sector.
Enhanced CRB checks will be carried out on all applicants.
