What we do

Working together for positive change

More than just a place to live

We started providing housing in 1981 for young people in Croydon, but that was a long time ago now. As time has gone by the needs of people we meet have become more varied and more complex. In thirty plus years we have learned a great deal about how to help vulnerable young people to rebuild their lives. What we have learned we have applied ourselves and shared with others who do similar work.

In 2012 CAYSH operates across South London. We still work mainly in a housing context, but by no means always - and our determination to keep young people at the heart of all we do is as strong as ever.
