Our award-winning housing advice (formerly known as HAP<25) is just part of our Drop in Zone service in Croydon Council's Turnaround Centre. We moved to this new venue so that we can share our home with the best services Croydon has to offer for young people. For more information about what's available click here

Who can access the service

CAYSH housing advice and other services are offered to people aged 14 - 21 from Croydon borough. People seeking housing advice aged 22 or more should visit Taberner House.

What we can offer you

  • Sign-posting to relevant agencies or further work with housing advice staff.  Wherever possible, same-day appointments are given general advice about housing needs and options

  • Referrals to other agenies and support gropus e.g. careers/employment support, education welfare from schools/colleges, cultural support groups

  • Specialist support for particular groupssuch as young offenders

 

Sharing our home

CAYSH's advice service for young people (including housing advice) is now fully operational at Croydon's Turnaround Centre.

If you are aged 14-21, why not come along to the Drop in Zone to see how we can help. If you are 22 or older visit Taberner House between 9:30am and 4:45pm.

Coming to see us?

CAYSH's housing advice team is now available in the Drop in Zone at the Turnaround Centre, Monday to Friday* from 10am to 6:00pm (last arrivals at 5:00pm).

NB: Housing Advice team will be available from 1pm onwards only on the last Thursday of every month (28 Oct 2010, 25 Nov 2010, 30 Dec 2010, 27 Jan 2011, 24 Feb 2011, 31 March 2011) until futher notice.
