Supported Housing

Service user meeting
We provide safe housing and support in self-contained accommodation for young people in housing crisis.

Working together with housing associations and local authorities we help young people to maximise their skills and to move a step closer to independence.

Each of our tenants has an allocated Supported Housing Officer. Follow-up support is provided when the young person move into their own accommodation.

Supported housing at CAYSH

CAYSH provides well over 100 safe and secure bed spaces in shared and self-contained accommodation for young people with a variety of backgrounds, from those leaving care to youth offenders. What these people  have in common is that they can no longer remain in a family home - because they didn't have one in the first place or because it's not safe for them to stay there now.

We help to develop their skills and support them on a range of issues such independent living, money management, benefits and careers advice.
