CAYSH acknowledges that the nature of charities has changed over the last 30 years. We have also changed in this time. We have increased our staff, developed innovative services, and worked together with statutory partners to improve the lives of young vulnerable people.
Despite these changes, we have remained strongly committed to supporting young people and putting them at at the heart of what we do. We believe being a charity that still focuses upon the local community and young people's involvement in it positively influences the motivation of why people want to support and work with us.
As ever, young people are the best acid test to tell us where and how we need to improve.
