Helping young people fulfill their potential

Each and every young person should have the opportunity to make positive changes to improve their lives.

CAYSH is committed to supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged young people achieve their goals and work towards a brighter future.

CAYSH acknowledges that the nature of charities has changed over the last 30 years, and so have we. CAYSH has developed our staff in terms of numbers and professionalism, worked together with statutory partners to improve the lives of young vulnerable people and introduced innovative services to improve the outcomes of statutory provision.

Despite these changes, we have remained strongly committed to supporting young people and putting them at at the heart of what we do. We believe being a charity that still focuses upon the local community and young people's involvement in it positively influences the motivation of why people want to support and work with us.

As ever, young people are the best acid test to tell us where and how we need to improve.
