Floating Support Service

CAYSH's Floating Support Services offer a unique approach to assisting people aged 18 to 25 living independently within their communities to sustain and maintain their tenancies. This service stands out by providing tailored support that adapts to the varying needs of the young person, providing guidance and information necessary for their personal development and ability to make more informed life-changing decisions. The essential provision includes one-on-one mentoring, life skills training, mediation, and tenancy sustainment, all aimed at fostering independence and resilience. The impact of this service is a lower rate of breach of their first actual tenancy, greater confidence in their networking with services and agencies in their community, and Significant improvement in their resilience and stability within their professional/ personal development with Employment, Education and Training.  An absolute fast track to them being more independent and "Living Their Life".
