Become a Householder
We recruit Householders who not only provide a room for the young person, but are also paid to deliver some of the support plan in place for the individual – this means that there is opportunity to ‘practice ‘independent living skills under the supervision of a caring householder. In addition the young person receives support from their key worker. House holders are vetted to similar standards as foster carers and are provided with training and support. The advantage of a placement in Supported Lodgings is that there is support at hand 24 / 7.

Concierge Officer
We provide safeguarding, security and support services within supported housing for young people and vulnerable adults. Our teams operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, playing a crucial role in keeping our residents safe and supported.
To meet the ongoing needs of our services, we are expanding our bank Concierge team. We’re looking for flexible, reliable individuals who can provide ad‑hoc cover, primarily during night‑time hours.
Trustee / Director
We provide governance and strategic leadership for a charity and Community Interest Company supporting young people and vulnerable adults. Our Trustees and Directors play a vital role in guiding the organisation, ensuring it grows sustainably while making a real difference to the lives of those we serve.
To strengthen our Board, we are seeking committed individuals with skills in enterprise, fundraising, cyber security, or safeguarding. You will help shape strategy, support business growth, and ensure our services continue to deliver lasting impact.
